About Us
YourChurchAdmin began as a ministry to Assemblies of God churches in Illinois in 2012. We started by offering accounting software support, but we recognized that many churches need more than just software help. YourChurchAdmin now provides payroll, accounts payable, and comprehensive bookkeeping services. Working remotely has become a standard in American business and YourChurch Admin is using every digital tool possible to help churches across our country accomplish what God has called them to do.
Our Services
Payroll
We make payroll as easy as it can be. Simply upload your payroll info, and we take it from there. Direct deposit, physical checks, W-2s, 941s, housing allowances, deductions, etc. We handle it all.
Accounts Payable
Just upload the invoice, and we’ll make sure it gets paid within 2 business days. It’s never been easier to keep your vendors happy.
Reports & Reconciliation
We know that you need your reports to be done right and done right now. That’s why we promise to reconcile your bank statement and send you accurate monthly reports by the 10th business day of the new month.
Software
Our bookkeeping workflow is built on either Quickbooks Online or Shelby Systems software. Our team will take care of your church’s bookkeeping, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have control of your finances. The nature of cloud-based software is such that your team will have full access to the software along with ongoing support and training from our team. We provide full training for all the modules of these powerful softwares to allow you to continue to provide oversight to your church’s finances.
